    Anti-discrimination Policy
    San Jose Cyber Academy has policies and procedures in place to protect its employees, students and anyone associated with the schools from discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or retaliation. In accordance with federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.     San Jose Cyber Academy is nonsectarian in its programs, admissions policies, employment practices, and operations as specified in Section 1002.45, Florida Statutes. The policies provided serve as a source of information about the policies and procedures for teachers, parents, and students. The school reserves the right to amend, add or change the policies, protocols, or procedures as it deems necessary or as required by law.
